We love an update as much as our users do! Here are some of our newest changes:

#1 The image viewer has been reorganized! You can now search for tests/plans and the Present Level Assessments, Progress Monitoring Tests and Lesson Plans have been separated to make it easier to find the test/plan you need. If you are new to SLP Toolkit - the image viewer is our companion app that allows you to share images from a test or lesson plan from another device or window. To access the image view go to https://viewer.slptoolkit.com/

#2 Non-therapy events are now included on the daily agenda. If you have included non-therapy events like duties, paperwork, prep time, testing, etc. to your schedule you will now see these on your agenda. They are a light blue color to differentiate non-therapy events from your therapy events. To add non-therapy events to your schedule open up a schedule, right-click to access the menu, select a pre-populated event, or select ‘other’ to create your own. You can change the length of time for the event by dragging the right side of the block.

#3 Custom Present Level Assessments - you can now create your own PLAs! Here is a quick video overview of how to make your own informal screening test:

You are also able to copy existing PLA’s and edit them. This will be great if you want to tweak stimulus items or add/remove subtests.

#4 Mark an entire day absent on the daily agenda. If there is a holiday, school closure or you will be absent for the entire day you can click ‘mark full day absent’ from the ‘actions’ tab on the daily agenda and the entire day’s events will be created and all students will be marked absent.

#5 ‘Therapy Type’ will be added to the caseload tab. As of now the only place ‘type of therapy’ is included is in the schedule feature. This is where you can add what they are working on (i.e. articulation, language, pragmatics, etc.) to help you keep track when scheduling groups. Any information added to a student in the schedule feature will be generated in the new column on the caseload tab. You will also be able to add therapy types from the caseload tab.
