The Importance of Using a Workload Model for School-Based SLPs
When caseloads don’t give the full picture (and they rarely do!), looking at a workload model is imperative. Workload models take into account more aspects of the job than straight rosters and lead to improved outcomes for learners and SLPs alike. Here is one account of a department that shifted from a caseload model to a workload model and never looked back!
