We have the amazing Rachel Dorsey in the confessional, and we are so excited! We’ve had the chance to collaborate with Rachel several times in the past, and each time we speak to her we always say we wish it had been recorded, because she is a wealth of knowledge! In this episode, we chat about her recent SLP Summit presentation on writing neurodiversity affirming IEP goals and the difficulty with sustaining masking behavior in Autistic individuals (which is what we traditionally see written in IEP goals).
